As part of a series of openings for the new Ruyi Studio concept, dedicated to reformer pilates, the client commissioned the development of the brand identity and concept. Creation of the new concept, development of executive drawings, selection of materials, and fit-out.

Consultant at Omniaworks general contractor, site manager, and responsible for the technical development of executive drawings (civil works and fit-out) for the full delivery of the boutique - structural works and millwork.

1. Executive drawings for civil works (GC) and millwork
2. 3D survey with Leica BLK360 and survey output after the strip-out demolition
3. Execution of all civil works (HVAC, alarm, plumbing, electrical, drywall, finishes, floors, ceilings, and facade)
4. Production and installation of all custom furniture
5. Coordination of all trades / work categories

Support to the CSCEC interiors department for the technical development of the entire doors package (6,000 custom doors), the marble package for the prayer hall, as well as the fit-out and flooring of the Imam’s private room.

3. Technical development of custom elements
4. Executive drawings and installation (layout) of marble and parquet for the prayer hall and the Imam’s room
5. Development and executive drawings for furnishings and decorative wall cladding of the Imam’s room

Initial design of the house and full development of the interiors, with a particular focus on the living spaces and the kitchen.

As technical consultant for Omniaworks general contractor, after the first opening of the boutique on rue d’Alger - where only the furniture elements had been delivered - the brand entrusted us with the complete delivery of the entire store for this project.

After demolition, all surveys and structural investigations were carried out, leading to structural reinforcement works for the mezzanine ceiling.

Following this unforeseen issue, the project was adapted and we proceeded with the full executive development of every element of the boutique, including the supply and installation of the complex furnishings designed by architect Anne Holtrop.
